I just finished renovating my daughter's room, and it’s pretty tiring. To save money, I ordered everything from China. Compared to buying locally, I saved around $2k.

Oh, my business partner’s son won 1st place in the science quiz bee👏.

👇 Let’s get into it

TACTICS
3 marketing tactics you can implement this week

1/ Setup retargeting throughout your customer journey

The most common retargeting is cart abandonment. But here are some retargeting that you can set up:

  • Retarget unsubscriber

  • Retarget website visitors

  • Retarget the previous buyer

Pro tips: Don't use a conversion campaign unless you are retargeting for a repeat purchase on your website. Use brand awareness instead. It’s cheaper.

2/ Use video ads to lower your cost-per-click

Create many low-production quality videos to be tested. Change the hooks (the first 3-5 seconds), the call to action (CTA), etc.

You can consider increasing the production value when you find one that wins–meaning it has a high click-through rate (CTR) or low cost-per-click (CPC).

If you are B2B, show how your product works with a voiceover.

If you are B2C, make an animated video or create a Buzzfeed-style image video.

You can use Fiverr for both.

3/ Warm up cold leads through social media ads

We know warm leads are better than cold leads. Pre-targeting is a way to warm up leads before a cold outreach.

Here is the step-by-step:

  1. Take your list of [email contacts - you can get it from Fiverr for less than $50].

  2. Upload and create a custom audience on Meta or LinkedIn.

  3. It will match some of those prospects.

  4. Run brand awareness ads for 2 weeks.

  5. The ads should be about what you will discuss when you cold email them.

This should increase your open rates, click-through rates and chances of getting a reply.
